Liste de contrôle avant démarrage pour les machines laser CO2
Juin 13, 2025
(Applicable to laser cutting, engraving, or marking machines)

1.Power Supply and Grounding Check
Ensure that the main power voltage matches the machine’s requirement (usually 220V or 380V—refer to the manual);
Inspect power sockets and switches for any looseness or damage;
Confirm that the machine is properly grounded to prevent static interference or electric shock hazards.
2.Cooling System Inspection
Make sure the water chiller or tank is filled with purified water or specialized coolant;
Check that water pipes are securely connected and leak-free;
Turn on the cooling system and ensure proper water circulation and stable temperature (typically 15–25°C / 59–77°F);
Replace the coolant regularly to prevent scale buildup and laser tube blockage.
3.Gas Supply Check (if using assist gas)
Verify that gas cylinders (oxygen, nitrogen, or compressed air) have sufficient pressure;
Ensure gas tubing is undamaged and connections are secure;
Open the valves and confirm normal gas flow.
4.Optical Path and Lens Check
Inspect the laser tube, mirrors, and focusing lens for cleanliness;
Do not touch optical surfaces with bare hands; use lens paper for cleaning if dust or smudges are present;
Make sure the beam path is unobstructed and all optical mounts are secure.
5.Safety Devices Check
Test the emergency stop button for proper function;
Ensure all laser safety enclosures and protective eyewear are in place and used correctly;
Keep flammable or explosive materials away from the laser working area;
Ensure proper ventilation, especially when processing non-metallic materials.
6.Software and Control System Check
Power on the control PC and launch the laser control software;
Verify communication between the computer and laser system;
Check for any warning messages or error codes; confirm settings are correctly loaded.
7.Worktable and Material Preparation
Remove any debris or tools from the worktable;
Ensure materials are flat and free of warping or irregular shapes that may affect cutting;
Properly align and secure materials; adjust to the correct focus height (focal distance).
Critical Warnings
Never look directly into the laser emission point, even when the machine is idle;
Do not place tools, water bottles, or other items on the machine;
Do not allow untrained personnel to adjust the laser optics, power supply, or high-voltage components;
Always start the cooling system before powering on the laser to prevent laser tube burnout.
If you provide the brand and model of your machine, I can also create a tailored PDF or printable checklist specifically for your setup. Would you like that?
